The first agreement, a Memorandum of Understanding, provides for promoting cooperation between the foreign ministries of the two countries, and was signed by Foreign Minister, Saad Dine El Otmani, and Ivorian State Minister, Foreign Minister, Charles Koffi Diby.
The second agreement relates to cooperation between Morocco and Côte d'Ivoire on the promotion and protection of investments. It was signed by Minister of Economy and Finance, Nizar Baraka, and Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister of Côte d'Ivoire, in charge of Economy and Finance, Kaba nial.
The third agreement, signed by Minister of Agriculture and Maritime Fisheries, Aziz Akhannouch, and Ivorian Minister of Animal Resources and Fisheries, Kobenan Adjoumani Kouassi, focuses on bilateral cooperation in fisheries and aquaculture.
The fourth agreement on air transport between the two countries was signed by Minister of Equipment and Transport, Aziz Rebbah and Ivorian Minister of Transport, Gaoussou Touré.
The fifth agreement, which pertains to vocational training in the field of tourism, was signed by Minister of Tourism, Lahcen Haddad, and his Ivorian counterpart, Roger Kakou.
The final agreement, signed by Interior Minister, Charki Draiss and Ivorian Minister of State, Minister of Interior and Security, Hamed Bakayouko, focuses on Moroccan-Ivorian disaster management.
These agreements, likely to give a strong impetus to the partnership between Morocco and Côte d'Ivoire, reflect the commitment of His Majesty and President Ouattara to energize and strengthen bilateral cooperation and relations between the two people, who are united by the ties of friendship and brotherhood.
The signing of these agreements took place in the presence of HH Prince Moulay Ismail and Cherif Moulay Youssef.
The ceremony was also attended by the Sovereign's Advisors,. Zoulikha Nasri and Fouad Ali El Himma, and Ministers of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, Ahmed Toufiq, Health, Houcine El Ouardi as well as the Ivorian Prime Minister and members of the Ivorian government.
