Dakar - HM King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, received, on Tuesday at the Royal Residence in Dakar, abbot Alphonse Seck, vicar-general of Dakar's archdiocese, representative of Dakar's Archbishop.
This audience was attended by minister of Endowment and Islamic Affairs Ahmed Toufiq.
