HM the King to chair on Friday state opening parliament

Rabat - HM King Mohammed VI will preside, on Friday in Rabat, over the opening of the first session of the second legislative year of the ninth term, the Ministry of Royal Household, Protocol and Chancellery announced on Thursday in a statement.

The Sovereign will deliver a speech to the members of the two houses of Parliament, the House of Representatives (lower house) and the House of Councilors (upper house), the statement said.
The speech will be broadcast live on the radio and television at 04:00 p.m.
