HRH Princess Lalla Salma was received at Basel's airport by Morocco's ambassador to Switzerland Mohamed Said Benryane, Vice-Chairman of the Holding's board of directors and honorary president André Hoffmann, and director general of the company Schwann Severin.

 The princely cortège headed for the Roche Holding's headquarters where HRH Princess Lalla Salma was greeted by the company's managing team.

 André Hoffmann expressed, in a speech on the occasion, his esteem for Princess Lalla Salma's social commitment in Morocco and as Goodwill Ambassador of the World Health Organization (WHO).

 Afterwards, Pascal Soriot, Chief Operating Officer of Pharmaceuticals at the Holding and member of its board of directors, gave a presentation on new anti-cancer treatments developed by the company, and the program of access to drugs.

 Her Royal Highness watched a video on the production process by the company and visited its biotechnological production unit.
