These messages were sent notably by King Abdullah II of Jordan, Tunisian President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali, Egyptian President Mohamed Housni Moubarak, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, and Syrian President Bachar Al-Assad.

    In these messages the Heads of States expressed their heartfelt congratulations and best  wishes of health and happiness to the Sovereign and further progress and prosperity to the Moroccan people and the Islamic Umma.
