The new cabinet members took the oath before the monarch in the presence of Prime Minister, Abbas El Fassi.
The appointment of these officials, the same source said, stems from the royal will to give a momentum to the large-scale development projects and structural institutional reforms spearheaded by the sovereign.
In this regard, HM the King called on the new ministers to show commitment, within a united coordinated government action hand in hand with the legislative branch, to the consolidation of territorial and socio-economic good governance.
The sovereign also urged them to move ahead with the thorough reform of the judiciary, a pillar of the Rule of Law, and to achieve the goals of global development, the statement added.
On this occasion, HM the King hailed the efforts made by the outgoing ministers, Abdelouahed Radi, Chakib Benmoussa, Mohamed Boussaid and Mohamed Abbou.
The monarch paid a particular tribute to Abdelouahed Radi for the actions he undertook at the Justice Ministry as well as for his sincere commitment in favor of the comprehensive judiciary reform project.
