HM the King appoints Omar Azziman head of new Advisory Committee on Regionalization

Marrakech - King Mohammed VI on Sunday appointed Omar Azziman, Morocco's ambassador to Madrid, head of new Advisory Committee on Regionalization.

  Besides Azziman, the Committee is composed of 21 members coming from varying backgrounds, including three women.

    These members, including Abdellatif Jouahri, head of Morocco's central Bank (Bank Al-Maghrib), Mohamed Gharrabi, Wali of Fez-Boulemane region, and wali Mohamed Saleh Tamek are chosen in accordance with the principles of complementarity and multidisciplinarity, in addition to their extensive experience in the management of public affairs and a good knowledge of the country's local and regional specificities.
