In this message, HM the King expressed His deep sorrow over the passing of the late Mohamed Ben Abdeslam, praying to God to surround him with His infinite mercy.

In these painful circumstances, the Sovereign conveys His heartfelt condolences and sincere feelings of compassion to the relatives of the deceased and, through them, to his artistic family, following the loss of one of the pioneers of Moroccan music, known for his authenticity and creativity in musical composition.

HM the King also recalls with great respect the late musician's high moral qualities and sincere patriotism, as well as his passionate creative spirit, as demonstrated by his compositions and works that, for decades, have enriched the Kingdom’s artistic heritage and will remain forever etched in the memory of many generations of admirers of authentic Moroccan music.

The Sovereign extends His solidarity with the family of the late artist in this loss, acknowledging that divine will is inevitable, and implores the Almighty to grant patience and comfort to the deceased's family, to reward him abundantly for his valuable works in the service of his art and his country, and to accept him among the righteous and faithful.
