At the onset of the session, the council will examine three draft decrees, the first on adopting the State's participatory policy, the second modifying and completing the decree on the creation of the Souss-Massa export processing zone, while the third modifies and completes the decrees on the status of teacher-researchers.
The council will then examine two agreements signed on July 16 in Laayoune between the governments of Morocco and the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, the first on mutual administrative assistance in customs matters, while the second concerns the international road transport of passengers and goods. The council will examine two bills to approve these agreements.
The Council will conclude its proceedings by examining proposals for appointments to higher positions, in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution, the statement concluded.
