At the start of its proceedings, the Council will review two bills, the first related to the adoption of the decree-law supplementing the law on medicines and pharmaceuticals code, and the second amends and supplements the law on housing estates, groups of dwellings and subdivisions.
The Council will then examine the draft decree supplementing the decree providing the activities of industrial companies which benefit from temporary tax exemption and from the Convention to facilitate international access to justice, signed on October 25, 1980 in The Hague, as well as the draft law approving the aforementioned convention.
At the end of the Council, proposals for appointments to higher office will be examined, in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution, the same source concludes.
