"Thanks to the enlightened Royal Vision, Morocco has strengthened its social and economic development momentum," Ulloa emphasized in a statement to MAP on the occasion of the glorious Throne Day, adding that Morocco's all-encompassing development strategy has made the Kingdom "one of the most advanced countries" in its region, thanks to reforms carried out particularly in the political, economic, and social spheres.
On the other hand, he assured that El Salvador is committed to strengthening its political, diplomatic, and economic relations with Morocco, recalling his country’s "continuous and firm support" for the territorial integrity of the Kingdom and its "full sovereignty over its Southern provinces."
Moreover, Ulloa highlighted that the opening of El Salvador’s diplomatic and consular representation in Rabat in 2022, the first in Africa, was a major diplomatic event, emphasizing the importance of the cooperation agreement signed between the two countries to strengthen their "dynamic and promising" partnership.
He also praised Morocco's efforts to support the development of Southern countries, notably the Atlantic Initiative of His Majesty the King, which paves the way for the consolidation of regional economic integration and the emergence of an environment conducive to growth and sustainable development.
