After a successful pilot phase from June 2023 to June 2024, which saw 1,000 learners trained on the Casablanca-Rabat axis, with a professional integration rate of over 73% to date, this agreement now extends the program to the whole of the Kingdom, said the ministry, CDG and MNC in a joint press release.
"JobInTech" is a program designed to offer short-term skills training to young people from a variety of disciplinary backgrounds. These courses integrate theoretical and practical skills, covering areas such as software development, data analysis and artificial intelligence.
As a training-integration program, “JobInTech” stands out for its practical, job-oriented approach. Under the responsibility of the training operators, it also ensures recruiting learners, thus guaranteeing a match between the skills acquired and the needs of the job market.
This program aims to develop a talent pool, support the national digital ecosystem and offer young people opportunities to boost their employability through reskilling and upskilling.
JobInTech offers short intensive and qualifying training courses, ranging from 3 to 6 months, entirely free of charge for young people and financed by the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform in partnership with CDG.
Ultimately, this ambitious partnership aims to train 15,000 talents, including the 1,000 trained during the pilot phase, by 2026.
The signing of this agreement is in line with the strategic vision of placing human resources at the heart of the country's digital transformation, the press release said, adding that by strengthening the professional integration of young people and offering companies qualified talent, the “JobInTech” program is making a significant contribution to accelerating Morocco's digital transformation, an essential lever for its economic development.
