The Moroccan selection will comprise six cyclists, namely Adil El Arbaoui, Mohcine El Kouraji, Oussama Khafi, Ibrahim Sabahi, Anouar Rahmou and Ahmed Chahid, coached by Abdelati Saadoune.

Morocco is taking part in the Tour alongside 27 teams from 20 countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the Sultanate of Oman, Bahrain, Iraq, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Mauritius, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Greece, Portugal and Rwanda.

This year's event will also see the participation of two European professional teams: Burgos-BH from Spain and Team Corratec Selle Italia.
