2023 CAF Awards: Yassine Bounou Voted Best African Goalkeeper

Marrakech - Morocco's Yassine Bounou was named best African goalkeeper of the year, during the 2023 CAF Awards ceremony, held Monday evening at the Congress Palace of Marrakech.

Bounou, who plays for the Saudi club Al Hilal, was competing for this award against Cameroonian André Onana (Manchester United) and Egyptian Mohamed El Shenawy (Al Ahly).
