Speaking at a press conference to present the 6th Peruvian Gastronomic Festival, scheduled for November 30-December 2 in Rabat, Chipoco Càceda underlined that the event "is part of the commemoration of the 60th anniversary of Peru-Morocco diplomatic relations", thus highlighting the role of cultural events in consolidating diplomatic relations between the two countries.
Themed "The charm of the Peruvian Amazon leads to cuisine: Discover Amazonian gastronomy", this festival is organized by the Embassy of Peru in Morocco.
The event is an opportunity for Moroccans to discover, savor and appreciate Peruvian gastronomy through the menu of famous chef Luis Arévalo, who enjoys a star-studded career of more than 25 years in his country, but also in Europe.
The festival promises a collection composed of emblematic dishes of Amazonian cuisine, which will take guests on a journey of flavors, allowing them to appreciate the secrets of local gastronomy.
