"The royal vision for Morocco clearly articulates that the Kingdom cannot reach its full potential unless all its citizens – especially the most vulnerable – are protected by a strong, comprehensive social safety net," Dark told MAP.

This large-scale program, initiated by the Sovereign with a view to cementing social state foundations, provides the tools that Morocco needs to face current and future challenges, stressed Dark, Principal and Co-founder of the RC Communications research center, based in Washington.

"Since his accession to the throne, His Majesty the King has been working to ensure equal social and economic opportunities for all Moroccans," the US analyst pointed out.

Dark recalled, in this regard, several initiatives and innovative reforms that have been undertaken throughout the Kingdom under the farsighted leadership of the Sovereign.

"I hope that the determined focus behind Morocco's vision will be a contagious model throughout the region and beyond", he added.
