This program, which will cover 60% of families, is based on the values of Moroccan society, particularly solidarity, Orellana, also a member of the board of directors of the "Latin America/Africa 21st Century" Foundation, told MAP, adding that this ancestral value constitutes the backbone of the program which will be implemented in a fair, inclusive and transparent manner.
   “I believe this will significantly improve the living conditions of people who will be able to aspire to a better quality of life.”
   Orellana underlined the importance of the budget (29 billion dirhams by 2026) allocated to this program, describing it as very relevant and is based on adequate governance for its implementation.
