The expert mentioned, secondly, the dimension relating to prevention, restructuring the management of the religious field, training imams and religious actors and regulating the management of mosques, organizing charitable works and control of the issuance of fatwas.
The third requirement is the efforts to protect prisoners against terrorism and extremism, as well as the management of returnees from areas of tension, said the academic, adding that several rehabilitation programs have been developed for this purpose, including the program "Moussalaha" (reconciliation).
