Morocco's Official Reserve Assets Up 6.8%

Rabat - Morocco's official reserve assets amounted to 324.3 billion Dirhams on June 3, 2022, up by 6.8% compared to the same period in 2021, Morocco's central bank (Bank Al-Maghrib) has said.

During the week of June 2-8, 2022, Bank Al-Maghrib injected 87.8 billion dirhams.

As for the interbank rate, it has remained at 1.5%, the source added in a release.

In the same period, the Dirham appreciated by 0.21% against the Euro and by 0.34% against the US Dollar.
