Thailand came first with 15 medals (8 gold, 5 silver and 2 bronze) followed by the United Arab Emirates with 12 medals (5 gold, 4 silver and 3 bronze).
The national selection came third in the general team ranking with a total of 50 points, behind Thailand (75) and Turkey (54).
The gold medal went to Youssef Asouik (-75 kg) and Meriem El Moubarik (-51 kg) in the elite category.
In the U23 category, Abdelaali Zahidi (-71 kg) clinched gold, as did his compatriots Saida Lahmidi (-67 kg) and Oumaima Blourfi (-48 kg).
The two silver medals went to Othmane El Fekkaki (-91 kg) and Ibrahim Boudik (-91 kg).
Six bronze medals, in different categories, went to Roumaisae Bouarourou (-54 kg), Hamza El Himer (-71 kg) and Oumaima Belharcha (-54 kg), Hamza Rachid (-67 kg), Youness Mounin (-51 kg) and Oussama El Hichou (-63.5 kg).
The Moroccan athletes were coached by the national coaches Lahcen Ouassou and Khouya Jaouad.
