Doha IAAF Diamond League Meeting: Morocco's Soufiane El Bakkali Wins 3000m Steeplechase

Doha - Moroccan Soufiane El Bakkali won on Friday the 3000m steeplechase at the Doha IAAF Diamond League Meeting.

El Bakkali took top place on the podium with a time of 8:09.66, overtaking Girma Lamecha of Ethiopia (8:09.67à and Kibiwot Abraham of Kenya (8:16.40).

The Diamond League resumes in Birmingham, England, on May 21.
