Royal Navy Foils Drug Trafficking Operation Off Al Hoceima: 1.5 Tons of Chira Seized
Rabat - A Royal Navy coast guard on maritime patrol off the coast of Al Hoceima foiled, on Wednesday, a drug trafficking operation, after a chase of a go-fast, a military source said.
The operation allowed the seizure of 39 bales of drugs, with a total weight of about one and a half tons of chira, handed over to the local Royal Gendarmerie for investigation and usual procedures, the same source said.
