The 2022-2023 edition of the "Global 2000 List", developed by CWUR ranks the top 2,000 universities out of a total of 19,788 universities worldwide, said Mohammed V University in a statement, adding that for the second consecutive year, it stands out by occupying the first place at the national and Maghreb levels.
The University of Rabat occupies the 11th place at the Arab and African levels and the 950th position at the global level for the 2022-2023 edition, added the statement, noting that it is in the top 4.9% best universities in the world.
This international ranking is based on four key indicators, namely the quality of research (40%), the quality of training (25%), laureates holding important positions in large companies (25%) and faculty having obtained international academic distinctions (10%), according to the same source.
