Speaking on this occasion, MAP Foundation President, Khalil Hachimi Idrissi, welcomed the "very positive" results that were recorded despite the difficult context of the pandemic, stressing that the Foundation, through a policy of effective prevention, has played "a central and strategic role in the fight against COVID-19."
This quick and effective management has allowed MAP to survive the peak of the pandemic with little damage and with no significant impacts on the management of the Agency and its various activities, he stressed.
In this regard, Mr. Hachimi Idrissi praised the quality of services provided and the strong mobilization of the Foundation's social service to provide the necessary health services and support staff to cope with the pandemic, noting that the Foundation's agile and flexible operating mode allowed it to continue its actions and services quickly and efficiently.
Despite the context of the health crisis, the Foundation's services did not stop. They have focused on the training of staff and integration programs for new recruits, he noted, stressing that MAP, which is now among the leading institutions in Africa and the Arab world, has a comprehensive social coverage that affects all categories of care and benefits its active staff and retirees.
Referring to future projects, FMAP President announced that the Foundation will soon be equipped with its own headquarters, specifying, in this context, that the technical studies are underway to launch the construction works as soon as possible.
Mr. Hachimi Idrissi stressed, moreover, the importance of ensuring an attractive working environment within MAP, saying that the Agency offers quality social benefits, training and a clear career path.
The President of MAP Foundation called, in this context, the members of the Board of Directors of the Foundation to deepen the reflection on two main areas related to improving the relationship between staff and administration and retention of staff, to fight against turnover by offering real career opportunities.
Presenting the 2021 activities of MAP Foundation, its Secretary General Mr. Rachid Boumhil said that the year was marked mainly by the resumption of training activities, with a balance of 2,725 man-days.
These training programs are aimed at supporting MAP in the acquisition of skills for the creation of a pool of managers, the consolidation of achievements in women's leadership, the launch of RIM Radio and M24 TV, the successful integration of new recruits and training on the support trades, he noted.
In the field of medical coverage, the year 2021 was also marked by the improvement of the supply of supplementary insurance, added Mr. Boumhil, citing in this context the repayment of 90% of the ambulatory medical expense, capped at the reference base (TNR) and taking into account the amount already reimbursed by CNOPS, the repayment of 90% of the actual ambulatory medical expense, regardless of the amount paid by CNOPS, and the repayment of benefits that are not supported by the CNOPS within the limits of amounts agreed.
The Secretary General then mentioned other activities of the Foundation, including the areas of social welfare, social support actions, extracurricular activities, cultural activities. He also presented the Foundation's 2022 action plan, which provides for, among other things, the resumption of training activities and support for MAP in the development of skills, the development of soft skills for new recruits and support for the launch of the M24 television channel and RIM Radio.
Training continues to be the basis of the Foundation's action for the year 2022, with a volume of training of 2,700 man-days this year, said to M24 the Secretary General of the Foundation, noting that the Agency has a rich and varied training plan for all departments.
Mr. Boumhil emphasized the impact of the pandemic on some activities of the Foundation, saying that during the current year, several of its activities will resume after the current lull in the national health situation, such as extracurricular activities, the Umrah, pilgrimage and summer camps.
For his part, Mr. Abderrahim Haddad, member of the Board of Directors of the Foundation, welcomed the quality of services offered by the Foundation despite the difficult situation related to the pandemic.
"It was an honor for us, members of the Board of Directors to appreciate the actions undertaken by the Foundation and the activities planned for the year 2022," he said, welcoming the efforts made to provide the Foundation with a headquarters that meets its ambitions.
