Jó Paciência opened the score for Sagrada Esperança in the 30th minute, before Zouhair El Moutaraji put the game back on track with eight minutes to go.
In the extra time, Juvhel Tsoumou offered the victory for the Red and White (90th+4).
The men of Walid Regragui had already secured their qualification for the quarterfinals after their victory over Zamalek (0-1) and the win of Petro Luanda at home against Sagrada Esperança (3-0), during the 4th day.
