The Sovereign expresses, in this message, in his personal name and on behalf of the Moroccan people, his warmest congratulations and his fraternal wishes for good health, happiness and long life to the Emir of the State of Kuwait, wishing further security and prosperity to the people and State of Kuwait, under the wise leadership of His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
