AFCON 2021 (Group C): Atlas Lions Edge Comoros 2-0, Book Their Place in Round of 16

Yaoundé - The Moroccan football team on Friday secured a 2-0 win over the Comoros Islands at the Ahmadou Ahidjo stadium in Yaoundé to qualify for the round of 16 of the Africa Cup of Nations.

Selim Amallah opened the scoring for the Atlas Lions in the 16th minute, while Zakaria Aboukhlal extended Morocco's lead in the 88th minute.

In the opening game, Morocco beat Ghana 1-0 on Monday.
