Speaking at the pre-match press conference against Ghana in the first day of Group C of the 33rd edition of the Africa Cup of Nations CAN 2021, which begins this Sunday in Cameroon, the national coach stressed that "like all teams, we have concerns related to injuries and others related to Covid-19."
He noted that the national team has worked hard and made many efforts to overcome these problems.
The 33rd Africa Cup of Nations will kick off on Sunday at 17:00 local time (16:00 GMT) at the Olembe Stadium in Yaounde.
Cameroon, the host country, will play against Burkina Faso in the opening game.
The Atlas Lions kick off the continental competition on Monday against Ghana.
Morocco is in Group C alongside Ghana, Gabon and Comoros.
