The Kingdom of Morocco is represented at this conference, which is also attended by the Secretary General of the Arab League, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, and the directors of Arab and international organizations specializing in cultural affairs, the Minister of Youth, Culture and Communication, Mohamed Mehdi Bensaïd, who takes part in this event via video conference.
The conference, organized by the UAE Ministry of Culture and Youth, in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Center for the Arabic Language, will address the issues of the Arabic language in its various aspects and topics in order to enrich the dialogue and exchange distinguished experiences, in addition to examining the most important recommendations of the report on "The State of the Arabic Language and its Future" issued by the UAE Ministry of Culture and Youth in December 2020.
This two-day meeting highlights the reality of the Arabic language and culture in a changing world in which digital transformation is accelerating and the challenges facing this language are increasing, in addition to the most important efforts and measures to be taken in order to design a new future for this language and find mechanisms of cooperation between the responsible parties in different countries to map out the future of this language.
