Morocco is represented at this competition by Kaoutar El Ghaich, Mayssae Chimi and Hajar Ait Iddir, who presented a project to reduce food waste.

To choose the representatives of Morocco at this event, a preliminary selection was made in Morocco, with the participation of a set of engineering schools, universities and institutes.
In a statement to MAP, the student Kaoutar El Ghaich said that her team has participated in several competitions and won numerous awards thanks to this project developed last year, noting that the students of the INPT were able to develop and present their projects as part of a restructuring of the educational model of the Institute, which includes 7 aspects of the field of digitalization.
