The play, written by Greek author Dimitri Basatas and directed by Anwar Hassani, won the award for best supporting actress, which was awarded to Fadwa Kaddouri.
The play deals with a set of contradictions related to the daily life of human society, swinging between poverty, need, responsibility and recklessness in a comical form.
It also highlights the reality of the dominant capitalist system, evoking the way in which globalization is promoted and how a single culture is built at the expense of other peoples' cultures.
