According to this decree, travelers from Morocco who have not been vaccinated will have to justify a compelling reason, present a negative test and observe a 10-day isolation period upon arrival in France.
The declaration of a compelling reason should be supported by documentation and the negative PCR or antigen test taken less than 48 hours.
Those who have been vaccinated will have to prove their vaccination status.
Since June 9, as part of its strategy to reopen its borders, France has classified the countries of arrival into three categories according to the seriousness of the health situation, with more or less restrictive measures for arrivals.
The number of people who got the first shot reached 16,961,675 on Wednesday, while that of fully vaccinated people (1st and 2nd doses) stood at 12,341,745, according to the daily bulletin of the Moroccan Ministry of Health monitoring the situation of Covid-19.
