Former President of Moroccan Football Federation Omar Boucetta Passes Away

Rabat - Former president of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), Omar Boucetta passed away on Monday at the age of 101, his family said.

In a statement published Tuesday on its website, the FRMF presented its condolences to the family of the deceased and to the family of national football.

The late Omar Boucetta was president of the FRMF from 1957 to 1962. He was also president of the Maghreb of Fez football club.

The deceased, a former diplomat, had also served as Minister of Youth and Sports and Social Affairs from April 1969 to March 1970.
